Logical Land Developments was founded in 2007 by Sam Lawrie and Malcolm McNeil following the realisation that there was a distinct lack of Building Companies offering a bespoke service to small to medium sized Developers and Landowners

Since formation of the company we have gained an excellent reputation in the construction industry as specialist in all aspects of Main Contracting, Project Management, Property Development and Quantity Surveying.
